Tasting notes:
A true expression of Gevrey-Chambertin’s most iconic terroir, the Tortochot Chambertin Grand Cru 2011 showcases the depth and elegance that define this legendary vineyard. Domaine Tortochot, now led by the fourth generation of the family, continues to craft wines with a classic, artisanal approach rooted in tradition. Grown in the marl- and limestone-rich soils of Chambertin, this Pinot Noir delivers a captivating nose of ripe red berries, subtle earth, and gentle spice. The palate is beautifully composed—silky yet structured—with vibrant acidity and refined tannins guiding a long, graceful finish.
