Tasting notes:
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel vats and large oak barrels for two to three years and a further 6 months in the bottle. Aromas of ripe dark berry and cherry fruits and notes of almond. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and a lingering finish.
