Tasting notes:
In the glass, the wine shows a bright, glossy ruby colour. The nose is open and expressive, with aromas of red berries such as redcurrant, raspberry, and cherry, conveyed in a charming, fresh, and crunchy style. On the palate, the profile is slightly deeper yet remains juicy and fruit-driven, finishing with a velvety texture and lively grip. The tannins are pleasantly rounded, while sufficient structure and fruit concentration allow for several years of further ageing. As is typical of Philippe Bouzereau’s wines, the oak influence is discreet, well integrated, and finely balanced.

At Domaine Philippe Bouzereau, the focus is firmly on vineyard health and long-term balance. The team follows a philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the vines to develop naturally and sustainably, with the aim of expressing each site’s character with clarity and precision.
