2021 Chateau d'Angludet

Tasting notes:

Aged for 12 months in 60% oak barrels (35% new) and 40% amphorae, the wines are unfiltered. Deep and complex Margaux with great concentration of fruits, hints of leather and velvety tannins.

Producer description:

Ch. Angludet has a history dating back to the 12th century but the wines really started to reach high levels of consistency and quality once acquired in 1961 by the Sichel family, who are also part owners of Château Palmer and a number of other estates. Fully certified biodynamic, the wines are known for their elegance, aromatic finesse and can age very well. They now compete with many Grands Crus Classés.
