Tasting notes:
Benefitting from a south westerly exposure, the soil of Corton Charlemagne are made of white marl, and almost pure limestone. Fermented in oak casks with lee stirring and aged in 50% new French oak barrels for 18 months. Very concentrated and complex with aromas of acacias, honeysuckle blossoms and nuts. Powerful with great purity of fruit and mineral character on the palate, this will keep for 10 years.
