Tasting notes:
The wine displays a pale gold colour with green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit, acacia blossom, and subtle aniseed notes. On the palate, it is rich and expressive, balanced by a clear mineral backbone and a discreet saline touch on the finish, a mini Meursault without the name and the price.
Producer description:
Philippe Bouzereau represents the ninth generation of a family of vignerons based in Meursault. In 2006, he took over responsibility for the management of the family’s 18-hectare estate, working alongside his brother Charles. At Domaine Philippe Bouzereau, the focus is firmly on vineyard health and long-term balance. The team follows a philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the vines to develop naturally and sustainably, with the aim of expressing each site’s character with clarity and precision.
