Tasting notes:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast, matured for two years in old French oak barrels and unfiltered. Aromas of black berry fruits with notes of spice, herbs and liquorice. Medium-bodied with low tannins. About 6,000 bottles are made.

Fattoria San Lorenzo is a family run estate dedicated to the production of organic and biodynamic wines. Located in Montecarotto, 30 km from the Adriatic, behind the hills of Poggio San Marcelo, it is perfect to grow Verdicchio. Today, third generation Natalino Crognaletti runs the estate and produces age-worthy wines full of character which have a distinctive minerality.
