2022 Fiano

Tasting notes:

Aged on the lees for at least 6 months before bottling and a further 8 months in the bottle. Aromas of golden apples, citrus, candied violets and minerals alongside herbal and smoky notes. Medium-bodied and fresh with pure fruits, a crisp acidity and a note of saltiness on the finish.

Sabino Loffredo’s Greco and Fiano are amongst the best examples of the variety to be found in Campania. He owns 3 hectares of vineyards in the mountainous terrain of Montefredane in the province of Avellino. His wines show elegance, depth, and mineral character.
