2022 Foradori Teroldego

Tasting notes:

Foradori is medium bodied with pure and intense plum and black cherry fruits, along with tar, raspberry, cranberry and a slight menthol note. Soft yet penetrating, its sweetness is backed by a supporting acidity that weaves elegantly amongst the fruit.

Producer description:

One of the key figures of Biodynamic wines in Trentino, Elisabetta Foradori is deeply attached to her native land. She owns 26 hectares in the Dolomite where she grows some of the oldest varietals to be found in Italy. Her signature wine is Teroldego, a red grape she brought back from the brink.
