2022 Pinot Blanc Auxerrois

Tasting notes:

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured on the lees. Aromas of ripe white peach and pear alongside notes of and white flowers and ginger. Light to medium-bodied on the palate with a refreshing acidity.

Producer description:

This well-regarded Domaine is located in in the village of Wettolsheim, near Colmar, Alsace. Run by brothers Maurice and Jacky Barthelmé, the former being the spouse of Albert Mann’s grand-daughter, the estate spreads across 19 hectares and incudes five Grand Cru. All vines are certified biodynamic.
