The 1er Cru Passetemps is located next to the famous Clos des Mouches. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus with toasted notes. Smooth and elegant with a buttery feel well-balanced with the acidity.

One of the best viticulturalists and winemakers of his generation in Burgundy, Grégory Patriat trained himself in the vineyards of the prestigious Domaine Leroy before joining Domaine Jean Claude Boisset. He is dedicated to source his grapes from low yields and organic vineyards and specialises in making terroir driven wines from tiny plots.
