This is a rich, full-bodied Sardinian red with aromas of ripe red fruits, pomegranate and black pepper, and a generous palate with sweet tannins and a long, balsamic finish. Serve at 16–18°C with a short decant of 20 minutes. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, tuna, pasta with game sauces and Sardinian Pecorino. Enjoyable now and over the next three to five years.
