Blanchot produced the most mineral Chablis Grand Crus. Barrel fermented and aged in stainless steel vats on the lees for 13 to 15 months. Complex aromas of citrus, acacia and honeysuckle with lots of minerals. Delicate and lighter than other Grand Crus.
