2023 Pinot Gris Tradition

Tasting notes:

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured on the lees. Discreet aromas of citrus and stone fruits. Medium to full-bodied on the palate with a rich mouthfeel and a delicate bitterness on the finish.

Producer description:

This well-regarded Domaine is located in in the village of Wettolsheim, near Colmar, Alsace. Run by brothers Maurice and Jacky Barthelmé, the former being the spouse of Albert Mann’s grand-daughter, the estate spreads across 19 hectares and incudes five Grand Cru. All vines are certified biodynamic.
