Matured on the fine lees for 5 months. Delicate with notes of stone fruits, citrus and verbena and peach. Refreshing on the palate with a lovely acidity.
Producer description:
Founded in 1973 by Paul Suzzoni, this estate is planted with 64 hectares of vines which benefit from a direct southern exposition. They are divided in 15 parcels planted on terraces on clay-rich soils and are all certified organic. In 1986, Etienne Suzzoni, Paul’s brother, took over and extended the estate. Today, his son eldest son, Paul-Antoine, is in charge. He is always looking to adapt his methods to respect nature’s needs and believe that replanting ancient grape varieties and adopting biodynamic practices are the most natural ways to respond climate changes.
