Aged in oak barrels (50-60% new) for 18 months, the wines are powerful, deep and concentrated with elegant Cabernet fruit and great aromaticity. They are age-worthy and will usually reveal their best after 10 years.

Dating back to 1565, Château Beychevelle now belongs to Grands Millésimes de France. This 4ème Cru Classé is located in St-Julien is easily recognised with its emblematic label depicting a galley with a large sail to honour its previous owner the Duc ‘Epernon, Admiral of France in the 16th century. The 90 hectares of vines are planted on the gravelly hilltops of the Médoc, perfect to grow Cabernet Sauvignon.
