Tasting notes:

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel vats. Aromas of apple and pear with white flowers. Moreish with some texture on the palate and a refreshing finish.

Producer description:

Ciù Ciù was founded in 1970 by Natalino Bartolomei and Anna Maria Iobbi. Now run by second generation, Massimiliano and Walter, the farm spreads across 150 ha vines farmed organically. They produce terroir-driven wines and are always searching to improve the most natural winemaking techniques while promoting Marche’s wine heritage.
