Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, peach and citrus lead to a crisp palate with subtle floral notes, bright acidity and a refined mineral finish. An elegant rosé, perfect as an aperitif or with Mediterranean cuisine.

Founded in 2009 by Dutch entrepreneur Eric Kurver, Maison Saint Aix has become one of Provence's leading producers, dedicated to crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines. Situated at 500 metres above sea level, the estate benefits from cooling Mistral winds, limestone soils and a unique microclimate that produces wines of exceptional freshness and balance.
