Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown across Sancerre’s three hallmark soil types — Caillottes (chalk), Terres Blanches (clay-limestone) and Silex (flint) — this is a finely tuned, classically styled expression of the appellation. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, with no oak or malolactic fermentation, the wine retains a precise, crystalline profile. Aromatically, it shows a refined balance of citrus and orchard fruit, lemon, grapefruit, green apple and pear, underpinned by a subtle mineral tension.
