We've curated a selection of hearty yet balanced winter wines, the kind that brighten even the greyest February evening. Each pour is paired with carefully chosen canapes, designed to showcase how the right wine can transform simple food into something genuinely memorable.
This is a relaxed, intimate session where you'll taste four exceptional Italian wines and learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing. No pretension, just great wine, good company, and the kind of warmth that only a proper Italian red can deliver.
