Tasting notes:
Intense straw yellow in colour, with a fragrant bouquet of sage, hay, almond and sandalwood, evolving into honey and lime blossom with bottle age. The palate is fresh, medium-bodied and elegant, with fine balance and a refined finish.
Producer description:
The Haas family have cultivated vineyards in Montagna, Alto Adige, for generations, but it was Franz Haas (1954–2022) who transformed the estate into one of the region’s most respected producers. After studying at Geisenheim, he dedicated the winery to producing precise, characterful wines that emphasise purity and balance. Since the 2018 vintage, the entire production has been bottled under screwcap to preserve aromatic freshness.
