Made with traditional method, 15% of the wines used in the blend are fermented and matured for seven months in small oak barrels. Once blended, the wine is aged for four years on the lees. Aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, with subtle hints of vanilla, which follow through on to the palate. Fine, elegant and round with a persistent mousse.
