Producer description:

Founded by José Ruiz-Berdejo i Veyan in 1896, Bodegas Lustau owns three wineries in Jeréz de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Their two vineyards are Viña Montegilillo, with white clay soils (albariza), very appropriate for the cultivation of Palomino for their dry sherry and Viña Las Cruces, near the coast, with sandy soils where they cultivate Muscatel and Pedro Ximénez, which they use for the production of sweet wines.
