We've curated a selection of wines that capture the spirit of the season: bottles with real flavour and richness, but touched with the kind of elegance that makes a delightful lunch even better. These are wines for brighter days, lighter evenings, and the first proper gatherings in the garden.
Each wine is paired with canapes chosen to showcase how spring flavours work together. You'll taste wines that are equally at home with outdoor dining or a lazy Sunday lunch, and learn how to choose bottles that match the mood of longer days and warmer weather.
