Super Tuscan Selezione, Mixed Case of 6x75cl

Tuscany is a bastion of tradition in Italy. Home of many traditional wines including Chianti and Brunello, the region saw a new trend growing in the mid-20th century, with many winemakers wanting to forge their own path. They gave birth to ‘Super-Tuscan’ wines, an adventurous winemaking aiming to produce wines that defy the DOC rules. Using international grape varieties (mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) alongside local Sangiovese, they reaped incredible results and are today amongst collector’s favourites.
