Handling Fees

These fees apply exclusively for wines sent to us for storage or brokering, not when purchased through Petersham Cellar.

• £5.00 ex vat per case
• £3.50 ex vat per case from 2 to10 cases
• £2.00 ex vat per case for 10+ cases
• Additional £5.00 ex vat per mixed cases

If cases are being sent in for brokering, an additional charge of £5 per case will apply for photos. Unless current photos can be supplied prior to arrival.

Warehouse Transfer 

• £30 ex vat minimum charge per transfer between UK IB warehouse will apply
• Additional £15 ex vat per single case

Deliveries

Deliveries are charged as follows to a single UK address*:

• Free of charge on orders where the value of wine is over £200 ex vat (only applicable if wines to be delivered have been purchased via Petersham Cellar)*.
• £18 incl. vat for orders below £200 ex vat* 
  
• Members who have unlock this benefit may enjoy free delivery to mainland UK addresses (minimum of 6 bottles, only applicable to wines purchased via Petersham Cellar)*

*Duty and vat will be charged at prevailing rates on wines taken out of bond. Handling fees not included. Please note deliveries to Jersey, Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland are subject to a surcharge. Please note, any wine ordered from bonded status will incur duty & vat on the whole case, regardless of quantity for delivery, therefore moving any remaining bottles to duty paid status.
