2012 Amarone della Valpolicella Stropa

Tasting notes:

Aged in 25-hectolitre oak barrels for 4 years and in bottle for a minimum of 36 months. Aromas of dried grapes, with notes of spice and balsamic undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with an exceptionally long and lingering finish.

Monte dall’Ora are dedicated to the environment. Certified biodynamic, they do not use chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides and protect the soil’s fertility by encouraging biodiversity. All their wines are terroir driven. Sourced from selected grapes from a single vineyard, they are complex and long-lived.
