Tasting notes:
This single vineyard wine made of multiple grape varieties. The site is cooled down by the San Pablo Bay’s breezes, perfect to grow aromatic varietals. Each is planted adjacent to the other, picked individually at optimal ripeness and cold fermented to preserve the freshness of the wine before the blend takes place. Complex aromas of kumquat, lime, green apple, passion fruit and honeydew melon. Juicy and delicate on the palate with a mineral finish.

Robert Sinskey owns vineyards in the Carneros and Stags Leap districts of Sonoma and Napa Valleys. He started his career as a vintner helping his dad and quickly became obsessed with the estate. Over the years, he has converted over 200 acres of premium vineyards into organic and biodynamic culture. His wines are known for their purity and pair well with cuisine.
