2019 Bramaterra

Tasting notes:

Sourced from 40-year-old vineyards in Brusnengo. Fermented with natural yeasts and aged for 21 months in oak barrels (no new oak used). Aromas of red fruits, pepper and black tea. Medium-bodied with delicate tannins and a smooth and luxurious finish.

Producer description:

Located in northern Piedmont, Proprietà Sperino is a 10-hectare estate in a hillside. It was inherited by the De Marchi family, who own Isole e Olena, in the 1970s. Over the years, they have revitalised the estate and have consistently produced fragrant and intense wines reminiscent of Burgundian Pinot Noirs.
