Tasting notes:
Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and aged for 12-18 months on the lees in stainless steel vats. The result is a spicy, concentrated and lively example of Chablis with plenty of depth and weight, allied with mineral characters and fresh acidity to finish.

The Domaine des Peregrins has been run by Eleanor Moreau since 2016. Her family has been farming their own 13 hectares of vines organically for over a decade, however, they used to sell their fruit off to negociants. Eleonore uses long aging for all her wines and has a rigorous attention to work in both vineyards and cellar.
