2020 Ribolla Gialla

Tasting notes:

Fermented on the skins in open top wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in used barriques for 30 months on the lees. Aromas of dried fruit, herbs and oriental spices. Warm and elegant on the palate with some texture and soft tannins and well-balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Azienda Agricola Dario Princic has been following the steps of La Stoppa and Valentini wineries. Dario has farmed 7ha of vines organically without any chemical products since 1988. Unfiltered and minimally sulphured natural, his wines are full of character and offer a new philosophy in making wines.
