Tasting notes:

Aged on the lees in small oak casks for about ten months. Vibrant and complex with ripe yellow peaches, apricots and mandarins alongside notes of lime blossom, wisteria, broom, coconut, sweet spice and chamomile. Generous, harmonious, full-bodied and dense on the palate and balanced by a refreshing acidity.
