Domaine de Chevalier is renowned for crafting exceptional wines year after year, thanks to an outstanding terroir and an uncompromisingly selective harvest. The team will often pass through the vines up to five times, ensuring only perfectly ripe grapes make the cut. Created in 1989, L’Esprit de Chevalier is the estate’s second wine and reflects this exacting philosophy. It is primarily made from younger vines and from lots that, while beautifully expressive, do not quite match the depth and structure reserved for the Grand Vin. A third wine is also produced, underscoring the domaine’s commitment to rigorous selection and consistent quality.
