Aged four months on the lees during the first fermentation. Made via the charmat method where second fermentation takes place in pressured tank to preserve the freshness of the fruits. This Prosecco is dedicated to family ancestor, the Contessa Andriana Zon Marcello, founder of the Burano school of crochet in the XIX Century. Aromas of cranberry and red currant. Light and delicate on the palate with a refreshing acidity.
