Tasting notes:
Sourced from 25 to 70 years old vines and made via the Ripasso method (repassed on dried grapes for a second fermentation). Aged in in 25 hl oak barrels and bottle for up to three years. Aromas of cherry, tobacco, herbs and spices with hints of balsamic and mint. Medium-bodied with a sweet feel on the palate and a smooth texture.

Monte dall’Ora are dedicated to the environment. Certified biodynamic, they do not use chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides and protect the soil’s fertility by encouraging biodiversity. All their wines are terroir driven. Sourced from selected grapes from a single vineyard, they are complex and long-lived.
