Les Vaillons lies on the soils made of clay and limestones. Delicate nose of lime blossom and citrus fruits with floral notes. Rich and opulent on the palate with notes of toast and candied fruit well-balanced with a long and mineral finish.

Producer description:

Domaine Billaud-Simon owns four Grands Crus (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses and Les Blanchots) and four Premiers Crus in Chablis. They follow sustainable practices to nurture their old vineyards (50 years old average) of exceptional quality. They leave the grapes to slowly ripe and produce outstanding Chablis which are known for being rich and concentrated while also fresh and pure with an underlying minerality. Their wines offer exceptional ageing potential.
