This single vineyard Verdicchio was aged on the lees for 12 months to add complexity to the wine. Aromas of apricot, toasted hazelnut and ginger. Some texture on the palate well balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Fattoria San Lorenzo is a family run estate dedicated to the production of organic and biodynamic wines. Located in Montecarotto, 30 km from the Adriatic, behind the hills of Poggio San Marcelo, it is perfect to grow Verdicchio. Today, third generation Natalino Crognaletti runs the estate and produces age-worthy wines full of character which have a distinctive minerality.
