Sourced from young Grenache vines planted on sandstone and shell-sandy soils. Aged for 6 months in vats. Aromas of plum and cherry with notes of rose hip and cranberry. Medium-bodied and round on the palate with savoury notes.

Producer description:

Domaine Gramenon was created in 1978 in the Drôme Provençale, the most northern part of the southern Côtes du Rhône area. The estate sits at 350 m high on the foothills of the pre-Alps. Here grenache is king and produces red wines with elegance and freshness. They own many old vines (aged from 50 to 120 years), which combined with a mix of limestone, clay and sandy soils, has given birth to wines with a unique character. All wines are biodynamic.
