Aromas of wild flowers and red berry fruits alongside herbal and spicy notes. Vibrant on the palate with soft tannins well-balanced with the acidity.

Producer description:

Azienda Agricola COS was founded in 1980 by three friends: Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti and Cirino Strange, who named the winery after themselves (Cilia-Occhipinti-Strange). They vinified grapes from their parents’ vineyards and stopped using oak to mature their wines, now replaced with amphorae. They are known for having resurrected Cerasuolo di Vittoria, a previously underappreciated appellation, and helped elevate it to the DOCG status.
