2023 Cervidoni Rosso Piceno Tavignano

Tasting notes:

Aged for a few months in large Slovenianian oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle. Aromas of cherry fruit with notes of spice. Medium-bodied on the palate with savoury flavours and soft tannins.

Producer description:

This family estate was acquired in 1975 by Stefano Aymerich and his wife Beatrice Lucangeli. Located in the heart of Marche, the 30 hectares of vineyards benefit from good sun exposure and ventilation from cooling northerly winds. Now in the capable hands of niece Ondine de la Feld, all vines have been converted to organic farming. The wines made here are of the highest quality.
