Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for six months in stainless steel. Subtle aromas of nuts and peach. Pure, precise and refreshing on the palate with mineral notes.

Producer description:

This small family estate is mainly known for restoring the good name of Marsala, which over the years had become a mere cooking ingredient. Marco De Bartoli has also created cult wine Bukkuram and excellent sparkling wines. Today, his children have taken over the estate but continue to promote Sicily’s indigenous grapes.
