2024 Colore Rosso Bibi Graetz
Impossibile caricare la disponibilità di ritiro
The Bibi Graetz 2024 Colore is nicely earthy, with iris flower and a pretty fabric that feels light, lacy and delicate. There is mid-weight intensity on the palate, but what really distinguishes the wine is its balance and charm. Elegant and fine, it shows a finely textured, streamlined quality that works especially well in 2024. Colore is made from old-vine Sangiovese sourced from Lamole, Vincigliata, Olmo and Siena.

Producer description:
Bibi Graetz remains one of Tuscany's great creative originals, an artist-turned-winemaker who founded his project in Fiesole in 2000 and continues to approach wine with the same irreverent spirit he brings to his colourful labels. Old vines and native grapes remain central to the philosophy, with Sangiovese from sites around Florence and Chianti Classico forming the backbone of Testamatta and Colore, while old-vine Ansonica grown on granite on the island of Giglio gives an entirely different voice to his white wines. His playful side is especially evident in the experimental Balocchi wines. And, as far as I know, he remains the only man in Italy with a disco ball hanging in his wine cellar.
