Monte Tondo is a small family estate in its third generation. Located on the hills of Soave, the vines lie on volcanic and chalky soils which benefit from varying microclimates. All vines are farmed using organic practices.

Producer description:

Aged in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees for a short period before being bottled. Aromas of almond, blossoms and citrus. Very clean on the palate and nicely balanced with the acidity and minerals
