Our introduction to wine pairing is a great way to learn how to match food and wine. By understanding a few basic rules, you will be able to confidently choose wines that enhance the flavours of your favourite dishes and create memorable dining experiences. In this session we will focus on Tenuta di Tavignano in Marche. This estate has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of Verdicchio and produces wines of the highest order and great with food. They are also all certified organic.
Join us for a relaxed evening and sample four delightful wines including two Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, a Pecorino and Rosso Piceno. Canapes will be served during the event.
