Honey Millefiorni

Tasting notes:

This handmade wildflower honey comes from bees of an Italian breed, in particular the “ligustica” breed, whose hives are located right in the middle of Tavignano’s vineyards. As for the wildflowers, these are specifically: acacia, white clover, sulla, alfalfa, sunflower and honeydew.

Producer description:

This family estate was acquired in 1975 by Stefano Aymerich and his wife Beatrice Lucangeli. Located in the heart of Marche, the 30 hectares of vineyards benefit from good sun exposure and ventilation from cooling northerly winds. Now in the capable hands of niece Ondine de la Feld, all vines have been converted to organic farming. The wines made here are of the highest quality.
