Tasting notes:

Sourced from 85% grand and premier crus and made with 5% red wine from Verzenay. Aromas of red berry, red currant, cherry and wild strawberry with hints of spice touch, not unlike Special Cuvée. Full-bodied and vibrant with an ample feel and a refreshing acidity.

A James Bond favourite, Bollinger’s best crus are vinified in wooden casks and matured for at least three years, making opulent Champagne full of character. It was also the first house in the region to obtain the highly respected seal Patrimoine Vivant (living heritage) which recompenses exceptional craftsmanship and skill.
