Tasting notes:
A classic expression of Sangiovese with aromas of ripe cherry, dried herbs and subtle spice. The palate is structured yet refined, showing red berry fruit, earthy nuances and fine, well-integrated tannins. Fresh acidity and a savoury edge lead to a long, balanced finish typical of traditional Brunello.
Producer description:
Paradiso di Manfredi is a historic family estate in Montalcino, founded in 1950 by Manfredi Martini. Now run by his granddaughter Flavia Martini, the winery remains dedicated to traditional Brunello production, focusing on purity and elegance. The vineyards are planted with Sangiovese on classic galestro and clay soils, farmed with a strong respect for the land. In the cellar, fermentation takes place with native yeasts and the wines are aged in large Slavonian oak casks. The resulting Brunello di Montalcino is known for its finesse, balance and authentic expression of the terroir.
