Pivot™+ is a wine preservation system which combines preservation with aeration, delivering a more aromatic and flavorful wine as you pour with the included Pivot Aerator attachment. The remaining wine is then preserved for up to 4 weeks, ensuring a fresh-tasting glass when you are ready for it. Match your wine to your mood, dinner courses, or the weather, the choice is yours. It includes the Pivot™ Device, Pivot Aerator, Pivot™ Stoppers and Coravin Pure™ Argon Capsules (21 ml).

Producer description:

Coravin is a wine system which allows you to drink wine without opening its bottle. This innovative system is enhanced with a hollow needle that pierces through the cork (and the capsule) so you can pour the wine via it. Once the needle is removed, the created space is filled with argon gas so no oxygen can reach the wine and protects it from becoming acidic. The system works with all bottles that are closed with a natural cork. For bottles enhanced with a screw cap there is also the reusable Coravin cap.
