Sourced from the San Giovanni Vineyards which is located on gentle slopes that benefits from sea breezes. After a short maceration, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks where the wine rests for 5 months. Aromas of fresh forest berry, wild strawberry and violets with savoury notes. Elegant and inviting on the palate with a precise and long finish.

Tenuta di Biserno is a 35ha estate located in the heart of the Bibbona hills on the coastal area of the Upper Maremma. Founded by Marchese Lodovico Antinori, the creator of Masseto and Ornellaia, the wines are exclusively made from international grape varieties. Lodovico identified a high percentage of clay in the soil that immediately inspired him to plant Cabernet Franc, a major difference from Bolgheri and a long-term varietal to dominate in hotter climates. Helped by old friend and successful Bordeaux oenologist Michel Rolland, Lodovico has created a new Tuscan legend and named it after himself.
