Our introduction to wine pairing is a great way to learn how to match food and wine. By understanding a few basic rules, you will be able to confidently choose wines that enhance the flavours of your favourite dishes and create memorable dining experiences. In this session we will focus on Italy. Home to many indigenous grape varietals, the country has a lot to offer.
Join us for a relaxed evening and sample four delightful wines including 'Pet Nat' Mady from Veneto, Gabiano Corte Sauvignon Blanc from Piedmont, Cervidoni from Marche, Super-Tuscan Tirrenico will served during the event.
